About This Project

The iconic BUGATTI Residences in Dubai stands as a testament to luxury, blending modern sophistication with the elegance of French Riviera design. The hyper form’s interior is meticulously crafted to reflect the BUGATTI brand’s heritage while providing an exceptional living experience. It’s divided into public and residential areas, each designed with distinct characteristics.

From the outset, our design strategy focuses on immersing residents in nature. The winding pathways and organically shaped green spaces mirror the meandering streets of the French Riviera, encouraging exploration and discovery. These curves are inspired by the fluid motion of the Mistral winds and BUGATTI’s aerodynamic lines, ensuring that every turn offers a new perspective. Planting is integral to our design, with a palette that reflects the varied greens of the Mediterranean landscape. By using a diverse range of plants that mimic the lush vegetation of the Riviera, we aim to create a natural sanctuary that evokes the feeling of being far from the urban environment. This approach coupled with strategic planting helps to envelop residents in a green oasis, further enhancing the sense of escape.
